Alora Bijou is committed to providing premium-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry.

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty ensures that the brilliance of your lab-grown diamonds will not fade or cloud over time.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to purchases made directly from Alora Bijou.

It is non-transferable and applies to all items, regardless of price or type.

What Our Warranty Covers

• Defects in the craftsmanship or materials of the jewelry at the time of delivery.
• Loss of brilliance or clarity in lab-grown diamonds due to manufacturing fault.
• All jewelry is inspected before shipping to ensure high quality.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage due to regular wear and tear, scratching, accidental impact, or stone loss.
• Loss or theft of the item.
• Discoloration or fading due to exposure to chemicals like perfumes, chlorine, or improper storage.
• Prong thinning or wearing down of metal over time with regular use.
• Loss of stones due to impact or mishandling.
• Repairs done by unauthorized third parties or non-Alora Bijou service providers void the warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, contact our Customer Service team.

Include your order number, clear images or videos showing the issue, and a short explanation of when and how you noticed it.

If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll provide a prepaid insured shipping label and repair the item at no cost.

If the issue is not covered, we’ll send a repair estimate. If approved and paid, we’ll proceed with the repair and return the item after completion.

Jewelry Repairs and Maintenance

We provide repair services for common wear-and-tear issues at our U.S. facility.

• Side stone replacement
• Prong tightening
• Polishing
• Rhodium plating
• Deep cleaning

Repairs done outside Alora Bijou or Extend will void your warranty.

Ring Resizing (U.S. Orders Only)

We offer one free ring resizing within 30 days of shipping for U.S. customers.

Simply send the ring back to us and we’ll resize it and return it.

If the ring can’t be resized (for example, eternity bands), we will remake the ring once within the 30-day period.

Additional resizing after this period is available for a fee if the ring’s structure allows.

International resizing is not available due to customs and tax regulations.

Extend Product Protection Plans

Extend coverage goes beyond our standard warranty.

• Protection against accidental damage, chipped or cracked stones, broken clasps or prongs, and loss of diamonds or gemstones.
• Includes resizing and refinishing after 60 days.
• Coverage is available from 1 year to lifetime.
• No deductibles.
• If your item can’t be repaired, Extend will replace it.
• Claims can be filed 24/7 through Extend’s website.
